The surgery typically takes two hours per arch. Your All-on-4 (r) implants can be installed on either your upper or lower arch at the same. Although a dentist might make it look simple, the procedure is complex and we can perform the surgery at a fast pace. All-on-4 (r) implants are placed in four simple steps.

  • First Step

    A thorough examination, where we look at all your records, your existing conditions, if you have dentures, your facial structure requirements, and other factors which may be relevant when placing implants.

  • Second Step

    CT scans of the jawbone, which are 3D images, are usually required. The scans show the position of the replacement teeth and also give us important information about the location of the nerves, bone sinuses, and other structures that will be used for the implant.

  • Third Step

    We create a computer model of the implant, which we then digitally place into your jawbone in the correct location for you to get the best support with your replacement teeth. We can adjust your implants and create your new set to suit your needs.

  • Fourth step

    The most important step, is oral surgery. During the surgery, you will be given anesthesia before we place your implants into your jawbone.
